I've been a very satisfied patient for over ten years. In my opinion based on those ten years' experience, Dr. Gerardi is focused, efficient, quiet, pleasant, and a firm believer in a two-way communication with his patients. He explains the tests, their results, and what that means for the patient in simple English with exceptional clarity. The sale of frames is as accommodating and no pressure as it gets. I have two pair of identical frames, both older than ten years, that are still very usable. So, I rotate between these two pair. Whenever I need a new prescription, the "current" pair becomes my backup when the frame with new lenses arrives. Today, we carefully reviewed current and past measurements and considerations, eg, I have the beginnings of very slow growing cataracts, but, since I'm 80, there's a good chance I'll never need surgery. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Great experience from reception/billing, to Dr. Girardi, all the way through to choosing glasses with Dale (exceedingly patient over the course of two visits / as I tried on every single frame). Everyone was warm, knowledgeable, and helpful.

When calling the office on a Friday afternoon, Dr Girardi not only called me back but took immediate care and concern and helped via tele-med prescribe what was needed to get me back in action. Came in with dry and strained eyes. Dr. Girardi was very thorough and prescribed glasses that were perfect. Months later, I no longer have eye strain and eyes are no longer dry. Thankful for the quality of life improvement. Highly recommended.
